The Airbnb Arbitrage Course is Brian Page's BNB Formula: an eight-week rental-arbitrage training sold from 2016 at $1,997 on its own sales page, or through a webinar-and-application funnel to a higher-priced coaching tier that was never publicly priced, with a year of group coaching calls and a private Facebook community attached. Checked 2026-08-13, it is not reachable — bnbformula.com returns its host's "This site is currently unavailable" page, the funnel subdomain returns a Cloudflare 1014 error, the Play Store app listing 404s, and the last Wayback capture of the homepage is 25 November 2025. BBB complainants have been reporting since December 2025 that the company "has gone dark" while they hold lifetime access, and the published policy told coaching buyers that "no refunds are permitted" and "chargebacks shall not be permitted".
